Starter Site

$750 one-time · nonprofit $637.50

About 1–2 weeks

For an organization that needs a solid public site and does not yet have one, or needs a small one replaced within this page count.

  • A 3–5 page site, laid out for a phone first
  • A contact form
  • Basic Google setup. The proposal names the exact Google steps, so they are not a vague add-on later.

Replace a site

Nonprofit/Business Rebuild

$1,800 one-time · nonprofit $1,530

For an organization replacing a site it has outgrown, including the move into accounts it controls.

  • A rebuild of the current site
  • Donation or payment buttons. The proposal names the provider, including one you already use.
  • Intake and application forms
  • Hosting and domain moved to accounts you own
  • A handoff document that shows access and how to take full control

After launch

Care Plan

$99 per month · nonprofit $84.15

Optional once a site is live. It is not required to launch. Anything past the hour of edits is written into a separate quote before that work starts.

  • Hosting and domain oversight
  • Security updates
  • Up to 1 hour a month of edits
  • Access records kept current

Ownership

Accounts stay with you

On the Nonprofit/Business Rebuild, hosting and the domain move to accounts you own, and the handoff document shows that access and how to take full control. The Care Plan keeps those access records current. The Starter Site is the smaller build: 3–5 pages, a contact form, and basic Google setup.
