Privacy notice
This notice covers the Andy Kairos Web Services marketing site only. It does not describe the privacy practices of client websites linked from the work page. Those organizations publish their own notices.
Who this is
Andy Kairos Web Services is a service of Andy Kairos LLC, run by Andrew Danciu in Pompano Beach, Florida. For a privacy question, email andrewdanciu2026@gmail.com.
What you can send from this site
The free site review form asks for your name, organization, email, phone (optional), current website (optional), what you need, and a budget range. If you email Andrew directly, he receives whatever you put in that message. There is no account to create on this site.
The form also includes a honeypot field that people are not asked to fill. It is there to ignore automated submissions. Leave it blank.
Demo mode and a connected form
Until FORM_ENDPOINT in js/config.js is an https address, the form is in demo mode. Submitting it does not transmit your answers. The page tells you that, and offers a mailto link that opens your own email app. Nothing from a demo submission is stored by this site.
When the endpoint is set, the browser sends the form fields to that address. The intended service is Web3Forms (opens in a new tab), or another service that accepts the same kind of POST and returns JSON. That provider receives the fields so it can deliver them by email. Its own privacy policy describes that delivery. The access key, if one is set in js/config.js, is visible in the page source. That is how a static Web3Forms form works. Restrict the key to the production domain in the provider’s dashboard.
How the information is used
A site review request is used to reply to you and, if you hire the service, to do the work you agreed to. It is not sold. It is not added to an advertising list you did not ask for.
Hosting
This site is a folder of static files. If it is hosted on Cloudflare or Netlify, those companies process ordinary connection data, such as IP address and user agent, to deliver the pages and to protect the service. This site does not run its own server log beyond what the host keeps.
Cookies, analytics, and scripts
This site does not set its own cookies and does not include analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts, CSS, and the contact script are files on this site. The contact page is the one place a browser will contact another server, and only after FORM_ENDPOINT is set and you submit the form.
How long it is kept
Email about a site review is kept long enough to answer you and, if you go ahead, to do the work. You can email and ask for that correspondence to be deleted. A request may be kept if it is needed for a tax, accounting, or dispute reason.
Client project records
Separate from this form, client work can include access records, change logs, and handoff documents. Those exist so the client can see who has access and how to take control of their own accounts. They are shared with that client. They are not published on this marketing site.
Children
This site is for organizations, not for children. Do not send information about a child through the form.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. The current page is the current notice.
